you should put big "HI Google" signs in your front yard.
I also thought of a kitten flash mob, but that would be hard to organize. And herd.

Awesome!
I have no idea, Liese--I drive it so little these days that I don't keep track!
If I had more time I would be a box of fun with a barrel of fun ribbon. this is why people should come live in my hood.
But I have no idea what kind of length you are looking for, Gud. The CRV and the RAV4 are pretty comparable, length-wise, though--my mom has a CRV.
Someone had a Rav4 down my street and it looked pretty short. But the Internet tells me Toyota really stretched out the Rav4 since then, put just under 7" more between the wheels.
Torchwood ghostie!
Oh my. Jilli goes to Cardiff to capture John Barrowman for my birthday present and Google happens to see her there.
Now Google is freaked out and my surpirse is ruined!

Yeah, since I got mine (a 2001) they did (sometime in the past couple years)--I like mine *because* it's short enough to parallel park. It's super easy to fold down the seats, and in theory to take them out, but I never have. I know my mom has taken the back seats out of her CRV many times to haul around gardening stuff. Though at that point I'd think you'd want one of those ones that's easy to wash out.

This? Is brilliant!
Today's lunch was uninspired--the cafeteria just had Chinese that wasn't too appealing, and I just had the salad bar yesterday, so it was chicken salad sandwich today with an apple and an orange for afternoon snacks.
Do people think the website PimpThisBum.com is insulting or exploitive?
It's the story of a couple of people helping one guy. A homeless advocate is dismayed, because it's not the kind of thing that could help very many people. So what?, I say. It doesn't have to be all big programs. The basis of charity is what one person can do for another person. It's counter productive to discourage this kind of thing because it won't help enough people. And if the bum of the story isn't feeling very exploited--and he certainly seems intelligent enough to be able to tell--then I don't think anyone else should be getting all sensitive and outraged on his behalf.
