Everybody dies, Tracey. Someone's carrying a bullet for you right now, doesn't even know it. The trick is to die of old age before it finds you.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I need more Tim Hopper in my life. He's a funny, funny man.

I also need to be less clumsy. I think I just jacked up my hand preventing a fall after I tripped over my own feet. Doh.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

If the guy's lived to 93 after going through all that, I assume he used up his lifetime supply of bad luck in 4 days.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I have some vague memory of a whole group of people evacuating from Hiroshima to Nagasaki. The interbunny isn't helping me though.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

A day can't be all bad when the front page of the newspaper has a picture of a newborn clouded leopard, right?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm trying to remember the name of a blog that posted instances of design theft, not just limited to logos and web sites, but included fashion as well. I think it also had the facility for the readers to vote on each instance to say whether or not they agreed it was theft.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it linked to here, probably by tommyrot, because that's how he rolls.

Ring any bells?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Not really - at least not the fashion part.

Which kinda makes me think I wasn't the one who posted it, although I do roll that way....
