I had a very yummy peanut butter and banana sandwich a few days ago and couldn't talk the kids into joining me. We had fresh tiny bananas from the yard that fit just right. Oh so good.

NYCistas: don't take the IKEA shuttle to Red Hook!
The free IKEA shuttle buses that transport passengers between the Swedish furniture giant’s Red Hook store and three nearby subway stops have been slapped with over 50 safety violations since November! State inspectors cited infractions ranging from broken headlights and worn tires to unlicensed drivers; in one case they ordered a bus driver to immediately terminate service after noticing that both rear emergency exits were broken and wouldn’t open. (Maybe they just weren't assembled correctly?)
Oh man-- I LOVE peanut Butter and chocolate. I don't actually like chocolate that much when it isn't mixed with peanut butter.

When I lived in Australia, the kids thought PBJs were PBJello sandwiches. No wonder they all thought AMericans were nusto for eating them. I never liked PBJs, not a big fan of PB, love Almond Butter though.
I just had a meeting: gave out job duties to people above me and called a superior to task for not doing his part of a job that affects my ability to do my part of the job. I hope I was firm enough to get across that my next step is escalation to our shared big boss.
I have to give two tests today, which means spending almost two hours with each class. It's way too long, but I'd like to get started already! Still have a half-hour to kill.
I burned the bit of gum right behind my two front teeth and it still hurts. This is getting old. I am cranky. I have meetings.
