I remember in college one of the guys, who'd grown up in Sweden, was completely boggled and disgusted at the idea of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Then we told him about fluffernutters ....

I'll trade my share of the olives for your share of the peanut butter plus chocolate mix. If you don't like olives, there are other options.
Olives are also ick. Much more ick than peanut butter and chocolate. More ick than pretty much anything else other than wasabi or broccoli. (My issue with wasabi isn't the spice, it's the flavor. For spicy peppers, I love red ones and hate green ones.)
I never had peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Don't know why.
(Hey, I'm not American!)
Edit: olives are wonderful. Don't really like the black ones, but the green ones are great.
Mushrooms, then? I'm pretty finicky about veggies.
I slept well, but I am on day three of tweaked neck and shoulder. Not excrutiating, but constant and with some movements sharp pangs.
I've been sleeping on a heating pad for a while now, and it's kind of awesome. Don't know if that would help you at all.

Me neither, but that's because I flat-out don't like peanut butter. At summer camp, I used to have to eat jelly sandwiches for lunch.
Not good.

I am American, and still find them baffling and NAST. But I'm not a fan of sweet outside of, y'know, sweets.
Nilly had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich when she was staying with me. But it wasn't a very good one, since it was a weird brand of peanut butter (the only kosher one I could find at that store, and I tried it later and it tasted all weird -- I have no idea how a company can mess up something whose only ingredients are peanuts and salt, but this stuff just tasted wrong) and the only kind of jelly I had that hadn't been opened yet was blueberry, which isn't really the best kind for pb&j.
I'm not a huge fan of PBJs either.
