Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Oh, man. Fingers crossed that it's somehow not true.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, that's so sad.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

ooh, that is so sad about Natasha Richardson.

ION, my wayback highschool ex-boyfriend is the screenwriter for like a real movie! Bandslam

I'm so excited for him!

Because books.

It really is sad about Natasha Richardson. Wow. I saw a picture of Patrick Swayze on E! last night, too, and it was so awful -- totally gaunt.

I want to know who voted against the serial comma. I'm taking names, people.

Our wings are not tired.

I just read a story on Richardson and it's so sad and also so weird. Apparently she was walking and talking after a fall, and then started having really bad headaches an hour later in the hotel. She was taking beginner's lessons when she fell. Completely awful. This isn't like one of those situations where someone was being stupid and taking risks (hello, getting drunk and skiing into a tree). The report said she wasn't wearing a helmut, though.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Then I read that kids these days, when they do their "texting", would "text" SciFi as SyFy.

If this story is true I will eat a DRD. It smells like marketing hype to me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, how terrible for the whole family. Not that she was skiing in Montreal. She was probably in Mont Tremblant.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

She was, ita.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Wait, where do you live now?

Cathedral Hill/Lower Pacific Heights. I'm in a flat with M & Gary, and 3 bartenders (Hot Tony being one of them) live in the flat below us. Those of us who don't have to work tonight are having a nice, quiet dinner.

I know it's Amateur Night, but I wish I could still go, because...Amateur, right?

Hey, whatever floats your boat, doll. If you were here, I'd take you to the places we'd be least liable to be puked on.
