Make it a continuing series. There's always a kerfuffle. It makes up for the lack of thread naming.
Re St. Patrick's Day - Saturday I saw someone had hired a trolley (a GREEN trolley) for a group pub crawl. They'd started before noon.

My sister's stepdaughter and she were discussing the shamrock last week, and Jenna kept insisting that it's not a "shamrock" but a "three-leaf clover." I happened to call Sis while they were going over this, and she handed the phone over to Jenna and had me explain how the Irish view the shamrock as a representation of the Trinity. Congratulations to Laura and her DH on rocking the marital bliss, and to Shir on rocking the honors list.
I never really experienced the St Patricks Day = drunkenness, so once my classmates outgrew the pinching St Patricks Day was pretty much all good. I might make soda bread tonight to celebrate.
I have grading to do today. When will it end?
Okay I know I can answer that myself, it ends around May 10th, but WHY SO FAR AWAY?
