Good to hear Frank's looking up, lisah.
Speaking of looking up, I think this ER visit may have broken the back of this particular migraine. Thanks be to the gods.
That will also be hard.
You're extending your network/neighbourhood, not trading it in. It might be rough, but you're good people.
I just saw a local restaurant commercial where the manager saying their "Put the South in your mouth!" catchphrase was the guy infamous back in my high school for getting a blowjob on the bus during a choir trip.
So very glad I wasn't taking a drink when that aired.
Glad this cycle is brokenish!
Thank you, ita. I'll just miss the impromptu visits. The maybe-new place is on a busline, and T is bus savvy, but it won't be as simple as a last minute call to solve a math problem or borrow paper, you know?
Part of the rationale for introducing myself early to my maybe-new neighbors is that otherwise, I'd take forever. By being proactive, I'm giving myself the chance to make those connections earlier than I did here. Cause god, they mean a lot.
sara, thank you so much for sharing the details of this change. I love knowing what is happening with you -- the good and the sad.
and, numberslutting, just because.
Heh. I'm sharing because I CAN'T SHUT UP. I'd blog but am too used to this and lazy.
And if it bombs, well, that's gonna suck.
Miss L and her family initially disbelieve that Loki is the Tiger they "gave" (haha, one of them knows different) me cause he's so big. Then he starts acting like himself and they realize it is him. It's funny.
Test yer spelling. I mess up on preferred spellings, especially those which ask me to choose based on side of the pond.
One of my favorite ties.
I heartily approve of this tie! And Matilda totally looks like your sister!
I only got half of the spelling right!
I heartily approve of this tie!
It's Frank Lloyd Wright!
And Matilda totally looks like your sister!
My sister and my grandma were both very pretty so this could turn out okay.
