Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Tried to sleep in, but a certain four-legged resident decided she wanted something (food, attention, I don't know) at 7.

Art Crawl!!!

I like Sue's Oz stories, but I am pleased that my cats are more interested in playing with the needles while I'm knitting than absconding with my yarn.

I slept in for two hours! It was lovely and then I made scrambled eggs and toast and managed to time them to be finished at the same time! But, alas, I then stepped on a tiny shard of glass - thus ruining a perfectly lovely morning.

I was able to get the glass out of my heel (how I know it was glass) and put some antibiotic stuff on it and am now wearing a very thick sock on that foot.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Ow, sumi.

I'm getting ready to head over to Kernersville and sell my dad's car back to the dealer. Or, rather, pay them to take it off my hands, as no one in the family wants to assume the payments. Luckily Dad had enough money in his account to cover the difference between what he owed and what the car is worth.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Yikes, sumi.

So, there was a bump in my paycheck this week. I guess the withholding stimulus went into effect already.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, we got an email about the new withholding tables.

Who with the what now, msbelle?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Got up at 7 this morning to go help a friend set up for a garage sale. I got some terrific instant karma. She was doing it jointly with her landlady, who is clearly a quality buyer and I scored a pair of practically unworn Dansk clogs and two pairs of Rockport sandals for $20. Woo Hoo!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Congratulations on your new house, sara!

I am still sick as a dog (day 5). Do not want.
