I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Lunch: chicken pot pie from Boston Market. I'm feeling less than great, and this is comfort food for me.

The Republican also told state senators Wednesday he supports paying poor children to read, and the state should consider paying girls to not get pregnant.

If only they had this program when I was a teenager. I could have been not getting pregnant for money, instead of just feeling like a loser who couldn't get laid. Heck, I didn't get pregnant in my 20s and 30s as well—I wonder if they're considering some sort of bonus for that?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yoinks, I'd be a meeeeeelionaire by now!

I am so sleepy, ugh.

Tom and I have been totally off cooking as of late. We're eating a lot of canned soup, boxed mac & cheese, Trader Joe's stuff, and takeout.

Every once in a while over the weekend we will bust out some kind of casserole or stew or other leftover-bearing meal, which helps.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Veggie Udon. Nom nom nom.

And someone tell me to get out of Salon letters? I'm having entirely too much fun schooling this pretentious little prick.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Are they going to pay for the birth control, too? Because that would be cheaper and it WOULD WORK.

Nora, insent.

I'm not sure how I feel about this.

Sounds vile to me, but I'm pretty much "wings-only" when it comes to buffalo style anything.

See, I'm pretty sure their going to have to earn their money the abstinent way. It's Bizarro world prostitution.

All NYCistas and those near NYC who like good shoes! This weekend, Fluevogs is having vintage style shoes at vintage prices (like less than $50 a pair). Go. Buy!

This weekend will soon go down in history as the thrilling weekend when Vintage Vogs went for Vintage Prices. Our NY store (at Prince & Mulberry) has been pushing the boundaries of their various stockrooms to the max, to hold the world's largest collection of Flues of Yestervog. For this weekend (March 13-15), Fluevogian elves have tunneled back in time & deep underground into the numerous makeshift NY stockrooms (some of which are under the very sidewalks you were strolling on this morning), and brought back every Vintage Vog they could find. If you wear shoes, you'll want to be in and around the NY store this weekend.

Buy for me!!
