Ooh! Gaslight Anthem! I saw them on the final night of the Bouncing Souls' Christmas shows.

They namechecked both the Souls and Asbury Lanes, and I thought of you! They were so deliciously Jersey; I must buy their album asap.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm seeing the Souls next month at Asbury Lanes. SO psyched.

(Well, in May. In April I'm seeing them here in NYC and in Connecticut. I can stop any time I want. DON'T JUDGE ME!)

Speaking of Deliciously Jersey -- what's with the very very guido car there, Gerard?

I do have to agree with him that those new Challengers are badass.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Galight Anthem - badass. Hold Steady - fun (and I did not know there were so many MSP peeps in SF), but they were overshadowed by Drive-By Truckers for me.

I have tickets to see Rise Against in July, with Rancid and Billy Talent. I'm excited to see BT again, and Rancid in Oakland is going to be an AMAZING show.

I'm resisting the impulse to reply to his Tweets with the suggestion that he CLEARLY needs to find a two-door black '67 Chevy Impala.

We could have a support group of two. I'll help you resist (Cass, btw, likely would NOT) that and you can keep me from getting a twitter account just to ask Frank, "Are the dogs named for the guitars, or the guitars for the dogs."

BWAH.

Oh, get one, baby. Come on, if I've already tweeted to Ryan Ross, surely you can tweet to Frankie!

Not that I'm admitting I've actually, you know, done that. Yet.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I very much approve the The Hold Steady.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.
