Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Anyone know what the occasion was?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Wow, that's a lot of awesome in one photograph.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Does anyone want to play Let's make a playlist?

The theme for this one would be songs about the person you just can't seem to break away from, even though you know better. (For Community watchers, I am calling this the Blade list)

Here's what I have so far:
How Long Is This Time Gonna Be--Steve Azar
Here You Come Again--Dolly Parton
Here Come Those Tears Again--Jackson Browne
Jesse-- Carly Simon
What A Fool Believes--Doobie Brothers
Use Me-- Bill Withers
Goodbye Again-- Lucero
If I'd Only Come And Gone-- Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show
Trouble Again-- Linda Ronstadt
Mamma Mia--Abba

Do people have other suggestions?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

There's some Allison Moorer that would fit the bill, maybe "Send Down An Angel". Her duet with Kid Rock, "Picture", definitely works. (I much prefer it to the Sheryl Crow version.)

You have Carly Simon's "Jesse", which reminds me that Joshua Kadison's "Jessie" would also work.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The first song that comes to mind:

You Just Keep Me Hanging On - Supremes

I don't really know Allison Moorer--I will have to give her a listen!

ETA: DUH! I don't know how I missed that one, Hec. Thanks!
