This is pretty cool: the guy known as @MayorEmmanuel, who was tweeting really hilarious posts during the Chicago mayoral race as a faux Rahm Emmanuel, has a book of his tweets coming out. At the book release party, Jeff Tweedy made a surprise appearance and sang a bunch of covers of Black Eyed Peas songs.

I thought they were already broken up!
Considering their last half a dozen albums have been completely non-essential, I'm glad. There are a few scattered gems here and there but they could've should've quit after Bill Berry left.
