Wanted to add Green Day's "American Idiot," but they're also from the USA.
John Lennon wrote and recorded a lot of anti-war songs when the USA was involved in the Vietnam War, but there isn't a lot of criticism of the USA as such in them. Though maybe the Beatles as a group make the list with "Get Back"?
