The trick is not really caring if i make it. I mean, it'll be a blast if I get to audition in front of Sharon Osbourne, but I won't be crushed if I don't.
First White Castle and now this! Be on TV more!
'Beneath You'
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Oh, the Husker's cover of "8 Miles High" is pretty cool too.
Are the musicistas familiar with the work of Dave Graney and the Coral Snakes? I've been in possession of "Night Of The Wolverine" and "Rock And Roll Is Where I Hide" for some time (they being featured on Triple J's Hottest 100), but I recently bought their Best Of compilation, The Baddest. (I suspect Hec would get a kick out of "You're Just Too Hip, Baby" and "The Confessions of Serge Gainsbourg", among others.)
