I agree with Liese- the procedure is BSC as interpreted by stompy at the time. If we want to change the procedure, then I guess we should hash it out, but it seems to me that everyone gets stuck with thread names they cannot stand at times.
What we probably should do is remind ourselves on slower moving thread to try and do all the consensing in Bureaucracy so that it is easier for the stompy to figure out.

Is anyone compiling the list of the 10 best/favourite albums of 2008 already? I do love me some list-making. Except I've been so busy at work that I barely listened to anything that came out in the last couple of months.
