Barb, check to see if you can find "Today I Met the Boy I'm Going to Marry" under Darlene Love.
I tried, Hec-- the only downloadable version I found was a Crystals rerecording that's not quite right. Other than that, I found a Best of Darlene Love CD that's out of print.

Barb, I think my dad has every song recorded between 1949 and 1970 (not really, although I suspect he's trying), so I'll ask him if he has that recording.
With my luck, he *does,* but on vinyl.

This is from 2007, but the freeware might still be around. (Unless you have a Mac, which I can't remember; in which case there's a program called Mac the Ripper.) [link]
