'War Stories'

Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Not at work, but the store is showing me individual tracks.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

individual tracks.

First thought: Yay!

Second thought: Ringo's gonna be pissed!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I checked a few Beatles albums - they all have individual tracks for sale (all $1.29).

x-posty. I had to look up some stored procedure for my boss first before looking up Beatles songs....

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

NME has a very enthusiastic track by track review of Danger Days.

This is the best rock record of the year by such a margin that you actually feel rather embarrassed for everybody else. This isn’t over-excitement. In 2010’s final act, consider rock’n’roll saved.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

It is a really good album. "Save Yourself", "Party Poison", and "DESTROYA" are my favorites so far.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It's an excellent album.

DESTROYA is so much better than the live version I had heard. And I liked that version, but the album is just richer.

That NME review is odd in that it's not the right track listing.

It should be Nov. 22 now so I can buy my cd and have it in my hands.

I cannot WAIT to see some of these songs live. "Planetary (GO!)" is going to be epic.

So, who is getting me Gerard Way for my birthday tomorrow? waits expectantly

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I tried, Jilli, honestly I did... but he refuses to get out of my bed and into the packing crate.

He was all "give me back my clothes!" and I was all "I did not TAKE your clothing, Gerard, it DISOLVED"

And when I offered him new, clean clothing he recoiled as if I'd handed him a poopsicle.
