Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I wonder how many people are going to keep buying them until they have all four rayguns?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Aw, sad. He was a great singer.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The Blackberry commercials with Tune-Yards are really messing with my head.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Of interest to many Buffistae, I expect:

[The Robot Chicken Star Wars special] airs the week before their latest Christmas special, which features Superman and Santa reenacting the famous race between Supes and the Flash.

Then the season itself starts up, and they've got a fresh set of satirical targets. Seth Green's favorite sketch from the new season has the provocative title "Blue Rabbits Fucking", which features the N'avi (and everything else on Pandora) getting down to an R&B slow jam sung by Fallout Boy's Patrick Stump.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I listened to The Hazards of Love on the airplane home, and holy crap, what a great album. I just ordered the CD so I can listen to it as a continuous piece of music without the breaks in between tracks.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Well, The Only Hope For Me Is You has leaked. Or, you know, "leaked".

And, somehow, they've got me missing California deserts in just one promo and two songs. I know that they visuals have influenced it, but they've got some sort of sound that I must associate with that place going on as well.
