Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Wow- I just heard the NPR interview with Vic Chestnutt a few days ago (I had a backlog) and heard about his troubles with the heath insurance industry.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Jon's station is WMBR.org.

Vic's death reports may have been premature. He is definitely in a coma, though.

Huh, if we hadn't moved, my sister would have gone to junior high and high school with Amanda Palmer.

And Vic Chesnutt has died, after all: [link]

Aw, so sad about Vic. I really, really loved his music. I wish I would have seen live. I had one chance when I lived in Vancouver years ago, and I was working on a show, but I always regretted not going.

He played in Halifax a couple of times, in the years I was living in Vancouver. He recommended a band that my friend's had to his then record label at the time.
