I couldn't believe it the first twenty times you told us, but it's starting to sink in now.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well, I had to say what I was never going to say again. Otherwise there would be confuzzlement, and we can't have confuzzlement about what I will and won't say. I have a great need to be clear. Despite the rambliness of this current post.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

No, it's too late. The trust is gone. I'm sorry, that's just how it is. (I should report that from past experience, fine Swiss chocolates are a reliable way to restore the trust.)

Alright. Everyone who feels that I have lost their trust should e-mail me their current address, and I will send Swiss chocolates.

Also, askye, YAY for a good day! And you're going to love the Wii! It's so fun!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm hoping the town hall where TCG works has the good sense not to open tomorrow so that I don't have to worry about him driving in the snow.

IOstormN, I bought ground beef so that I can make chili tomorrow.

Thrive to spite them

Tomorrow I'm going to buy a few games for the Wii. Although I may buy some classic games through WiiWare.

My brother has one and SLNRLBF's boys have one and so I may be playing something against them.

I think I may have over did it with the boxing, but it's the only game I show natural talent for.

Hey. New board.

Gris, haven't you been only dating her for like, a month? Isn't that a little early to be asking for proposal suggestions?

Suggestions, probably. Fodder for consideration and fantasy, definitely not.

Though to be fair, we're actively planning on moving in together at the end of March.

About 3000 posts ago, there was a good discussion (starting, it seems, about here) about the speed of relationships and whether there's a "too fast" and so forth, and the conversation really affirmed me. I never thought that I would be an extremely fast partnerer, but I never had a relationship that gave me any real reason to think about it before now.

I started to suspect I would (will?) marry Improbable Girl right about the time I bought a ticket to fly to Cincinnati and meet her family over New Years, barely 2 weeks after our first date. Every moment since has affirmed that suspicion. It could still change - it's not a decision yet - but that becomes progressively more unlikely as time passes.

So after thinking it through... no. I don't think it's too early to start mining the field for suggestions. It makes me too happy to imagine it to put off the imaginings.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Oh, Gris, bless your wee heart. Go Team You Two!
