Our bookkeeper came and handed them out on Monday.
Man, it's so weird to work in such a small school.

I wonder when I'll get my W2 forms...
I *will* cut you...
An a-hole ex roommate got his W2 last week. Unfortunately for him it came to our house and I have no idea how to get it to him. Oh well.
My workplace tells us upfront that we'll get W2s on the 31st. I'd be perfectly happy to get it sooner, but having a real date is so much better than the whole "oh, it'll be mumblemumbleJanuarysometimemumble" from every other employer I've ever had.
Don't they just have to have mailed it out by the 31st? Isn't that the law? So you always know you'll get it by then or a bit after and, if you don't, then there may be a problem.
My boss hand-delivered ours this week.

Darth Vader dancing to Thriller at the end, enough said.
I have my W2 (have had it for a whole week, actually), but I don't have the student loan tax reporting thingy. Eh, I never file until 4/14 anyway, and I don't think CA will be giving me that much money back, whenever they do release the funds.
Here's the thing that's pissing me off about the lack of tax return in CA - we're not going to get any interest from it. I know you don't get interest from overpayment usually, but come on! Stupid bankrupt state.
