And now. I need to vent.
I love my friends, and I'm very loyal to them. One of them, who I consider my closest friend, is now waking up slowly in my bed. It's her birthday. And I'm a little bit pissed off at her at the moment, and I wish I wasn't.
She dragged me to a movie yesterday, even though I didn't have the time and felt sick (and I'm even sicker today, yay). I said OK because I won't be able to be with her for her birthday party tonight, and I thought I'd feel better. And now I'm pretty much regretting it, but she insisted. And she knows I'll do anything for my closest friends, and put their needs in front of mine, because if they're happy, I'm happy. Guh. This is gonna be a long day. She deserves more of the love I'm feeling for her right now, especially on her b-day.
Edit: it also seems like my mom won't be able to go to the field hospital for the Gazans, since it's all voluntary, up to the "pay for your own accommodation and food" level, and my parents can't afford it.
And my sis will be getting some sign or paper or something like that in a ceremony, of what she did before the operation started (bringing in and out 3 soldiers under some crazy shit). On that note, I'm happy to report that the last IDF soldier went out of the strip, but sadly, Hamas is still shooting a rocket every few hours.
And I'm a little bit pissed off at her at the moment, and I wish I wasn't.
It's an awful thing to feel, Shir. It's also incredibly real and valid.

I don't feel so exhausted at the moment: just sick. I know, however, I'll be exhausted in the evening, when I'll be back home after studying until 20:00.

eggs and cheese ain't so bad
I seem to have overestimated the amount of cheese I would need to make one egg cheesy and invented a new dip.
aaand then I spilled most of it on the floor. At least the dog is happily licking what I couldn't get off the carpet.
Oh, I'm now cutting myself some slack by having a kinnda relaxed morning, and by doing what I need to do and not pulling tricks like going to the movies when I need to stay home, rest and read. It's a good thing that studying requires only my ass on a chair in the uni, and reading. I think can do this. Also, drugs. Anti-pain and fever stuff are made of awesome.
And now, getting ready for the day. Including taking my new pirate lunch box to uni for the first time!

Shir! Oh no. I fear I sent you that plague. I hope it wasn't the baked goods. If your sister isn't sick, then I can rest a little easier that it wasn't my fault. Blah. But I totally feel your pain. LITERALLY. I need to take some NyQuil and climb into bed. Relax. Let your body do it's thing to fend of the evil. (as if I have been following that advice).
