I recorded the inauguration. So don't tell me what happened, ok?
Seriously, I slipped upstairs to the Education office. They had a radio, and I listened to his speech. They had the internet on too, but it was super sluggish, like 2 frames per minute. The crowds! OMG! It was awesome! Hopefully the dvr will record the parade. Oh how I want to go home right now!
how cool is it to go to Whitehouse.gov and see pictures of Obama! It's saying it will be the portal for a transparent administration. There will be a blog. And other stuff.

I liked the line about "United States will extend a hand if you're willing to unclench yours fist."
Shir! Your report makes me happy, that there haven't been rockets. Woo! And might I add, Hoo!
Ahem. Sorry, but they're still shooting from time to time. I don't know for how long IDF won't react.
I just came back from Waltz with Bashir. And, dammit.
Ow.
Seriously, my one day off seems to have given my muscles a chance to get nice and sore, before it was back to lots of lifting and carrying. But at least I am a little better rested, and I got a couple of things done yesterday.
Also, apparently I blew all the other hourly guys out of the water last week. Almost a full 80 hours. This check will be helping me get a car, and hopefully a PS3, too. After last week, I deserve it.
Longs hours can suck, but at least there's a payoff at the end.

Yep, this. I'm not saying you didn't work hard, Sean (and I'm sure that sucked at times), but at least when you do have to put in those hours, you get paid for them. So yay money!
ETA: That came out sounding snide, which I totally didn't intend. Just to be clear.
