I don't really have a security blanket... unless you count Mr. Pointy.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm sorry, Kristin.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I just finished placing an order at Hickory Farms [link] online.

They have an "up to 75% off" sale going on and I picked up a "Family Reunion" $75 box for $11 or so, and some boxes of Sugar Free Petits, and a few other things. Still has shipping cost, but I added a keyword of "clipper" I read of from a deals website and got another 15% off.

I thought maybe some of you might want to take advantage of this sort of thing.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Kristin, I'm so sorry. All my deepest sympathies to her family, and my wishes for strength, peace, and understanding to all who love her.

I dropped Casper off to be fixed

All good thoughts to Casper and the vet, and to you, GC. Also? I did a double-take and had to check the author of that post. IJS.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

You should go to an American school

A-ha. An American university, one which won't happen to be few blocks from you by any chance, right?

But there are few days for holidays here.

After 1 day and 2 hours of rehearsal on stage, we have made it through "Let there be light."

I think Edison already got that part.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

You should go to an American school, where Spring Break is filled with partying and frolicking (not that I ever did those, I was usually studying),

My spring break was usually filled with rehearsal :)

Librarian Warlord

What a tragedy for the family & the school, Kristin.

I thought maybe some of you might want to take advantage of this sort of thing.

In that vein, the code EXTRA50 will get you an extra 50% off all the clearance stuff at Old Navy. My maternity wardrobe was just doubled by $3.50 items.

Raise your hand if you think we need pictures of the knocked up lady.
