Also, and on a considerably more shallow note, I have to say that the Blackpool clip has done nothing to stop me from having pervy and slashy thoughts about David Tennant.
Also an almost irresistible urge for Buffista karaoke.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I don't even know what the Blackpool clip is, but the series is totally worth it for fans of Tennant perving. Plus, Sarah Parrish is awesome. And, um, David...whoever, who plays Ripley.
I need a multi-format DVD player.
I need a universal format DVD player.
I have this (or rather, a previous model of exactly the same thing) and it's both cheap and spiffy: [link]
He said that he reserves the right to be hypocritical.
Totally.
And I can't live with that in a friend.
TOTALLY.
I can't live with the thought that there's a person who thinks that's a sentence. I reserve the right to take him out with my virtual Lexus of nailguns and leave him in a vacant building till his syntax-abusing body begins to reek, and then I'll leave his head out as a Warning to others. Hypocracy is not a right, nor an Executive Order despite what certain people from Texas think. You, sir, are a weakling. And you have no shame about it, as people ought to.

These Boots are made for walking, and that's just what they'll do...
One of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you...
Blackpool isn't available from Netflix... yet. So I put the Sarah Jane adventures at the top of my queue. Why yes, I did just finish Doctor Who season 4.
So, continuing in our weekend of girly musicals, after watching Mamma Mia last night, we watched Hairspray tonight. Both fun and earwormy. And my dad got me the Dr. Horrible DVD for Chanukah, so maybe we'll watch that tomorrow, though I think it's not girly enough for our pattern.
Was it here that we were discussing the phrase "the darker the berry, the sweeter the juice"? Because that was used in one of the Hairspray songs.
