Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

No. Not if you're the kind of crazy person who DOESN'T WANT MAGIC BEER IN HER LIFE. Then you can skip BevMo with a clear conscience.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

We have a crazy General Manager (in a good way). They were singing "Tidings of comfort and joy..." and she apparently heard "cum, fart, and joy". I guess they put a bit of a pause in that word when they sang it or something. Aren't Friday's wonderful. Especially end of the day.

Punishingly Intricate

I have marked your post, Steph! yum! BEER! I wish my brother and family would get here already (15 minutes late so far) so we could go to dinner and I could get a beer!

I was at a winter beer tasting a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty sure they didn't have the magic beer. They did have Smuttynose which I really liked.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Layers of malt spread out for your enjoyment on a bed of deep, mild bitterness

oh now that's just dirty. And not in a bad way.

In areas where you get big snow--like here--do you get warm(ish) temperatures before the storm hits? We were out this morning and it was fairly nice for this time of year--mid-30s--and now we're having white-outs, big winds, and temperatures headed for the teens. Hubby is curious if other areas have this happening.

We get snow, but the Powers rarely declare a Snowpocalypse. Though the state budget has cut back on the number of plows. Joy.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Sometimes, Connie, but before this storm it's been crazy cold.

Thrive to spite them

I need some healing~ ma for my Aunt. This is the aunt who's son died in June.

She's been sick for a while and today was taken to the hospital for severe dehydration and low potassium levels. They aren't sure what's wrong but had to rule out meningitis. My grandma (who lives with her) either has a cold (according to her) or a bad sinus infection (according to my aunt). So my dad is gone down to spend the night, since my grandma can't be left by herself at night.

I just need some healing ~ma for my Aunt and also she has no time left at work and I know she's worried about that so if there's some ~ma for that situation as well.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Kristin, I'm so glad to hear Zoe's going to be ok.
