ChiKat, glad you get a 4 day. Here the student are off for a 4 day (which will give them time to recover from Homecoming). We have an inservice day on Monday and then have Tuesday off.
Technically, we have an inservice on Monday, too, but that inservice is in reality a comp day for working an extra 8 hours this week. So 4 days off. Woot!!

Aww. Thanks guys. I'm actually doing ok. My boss handled it really well. Transitioning is going smoothly, plus I have some time to say goodbye. Work gay boyfriend did not take my being let go as well.
The good news is I'm sure I will be hanging out with the ones who were closest to me, and I can keep in touch with the others through the miracle that is the internet.
