Also, I am bad person who enjoyed GTA (and Bully, btw, which was made by the GTA people also) precisely because it was so ridiculously over the top. But I never would let my child play it. It's definitely an over 18 and aware of the difference between reality and fantasy game.
Also, hugs to vw.
Some of my games are FPS's. But I haven't bought them all cuz how many shooter games do I really need?
So, if I didn't drink any booze at the party, is it fair that I wake up with a splitting headache?? WTF?
It's a z-pack, which I know from early treatment of my pneumonia is a pretty wide-ranging antibiotic. Should I call someone, probably. But I can't talk to my doctor until tomorrow, and I'm tempted to just say fuck it.
Sorry, Nora, I don't mean to be difficult. I'm just so tired of this.
I know- I'm not taking it personally! Feel better. If you think the Z-pack would help with that, then go for it.
In more cheerful news, I have a really cute little black cat who wants nothing more than to snuggle and purr and tell me he loves me.
ION, Taz is so sweet and cute. He's keeping me company up here in the office while I am writing my paper (or, um, reading the internets) up here on his official desk cushion. He *loves* the Christmas tree, loves the smell and curling up under it like a little present. I love my sweet Taz so much!
It's snowing all Hollywood style out there, which is fine by me because I don't have to go out in it and I love that we got our tree up so it can be Xmasy inside, and snowy outside.
My grandmother just called me up and laid down the law about being with my parents on Christmas. They are coming here the weekend following (Friday/Saturday) so I thought that might suffice instead of schlepping there, and then we all schlepp back here. But apparently that is not the way it is gonna be, according to Gma. Yikes!
Can I haz sum?
I haz a Harvey, who purrs at the computer for people sometimes. I try to make to let people know when we are sharing.

That does sound like a lot of schlepping. What happens if you defy the Gma law, or make and end run around it by saying they should come down early?
Shir, there's plenty of pet love at our house, and we're always willing to share. Nora sounds like she's got some too. Sorry to hear about the Grandma decree, Nora. Any chance you can stand firm against it?
