See, in my fantasy, when I'm kissing you... you're kissing me. It's okay. I can wait.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Tom! All the good ~ma is coming through all at once.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I declare today Tom day!

I am so incredibly chuffed at all this. So fucking deserved.

Our wings are not tired.

OMG. The third company wants to talk to him today about an offer. Insane!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! I popped in one last time before I left the office and was delighted to hear the great, and well deserved, news. 'Bout time folks started fighting over Tom.

{{Karl}} I'm sorry love. Lots of job ~ma headed your way.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Yay for Tom day! It's so nice to have good news.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Tom is SO the Man! In the best possible way! I'm still resentful at the universe for putting him through such a wringer of self-doubt before today, but I must say this is an impressive Hail Mary on the universe's part (and so ridiculously richly deserved on Tom's part). Well played, universe!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Tom!!! He's the coolest!!

Happy Birthday, Sparky!

Barb, love the parenting! I love Buffista parents.

{{{Karl}}} That just sucks. Quick new job~ma for you.

Teppy, I just need to repeat what was said before. We love you and want to help. Whatever that is for you, we're here.

And GG, isn't teaching drama to teenagers kind of redundant?

Not GG, but yes. A world of yes. 1/2 my students are teenagers, 1/2 are tweens. I like the teenagers better as a general rule, but some of the tweens are cute as can be.

Except for the 4 I kicked out of my class yesterday. They were decidedly not cute yesterday. 2 of them regained cuteness today, the other 2, NSM.

OH my GOSH! Three offers? Go Tom go!!!!! Wooot!!!

May he make the most of the job-ma in full force, and then be able to pass on this potent stuff to other buffistas, cause damn, when it's working, apparently it's working!!

Also, thank you whoever sent the Motivation Fairy to me today. I have been needing her visit for quite some time now. Could I have her back, after my vacation next week? Just for a while? Cause one day is not enough to get everything done, I'm afraid...someone else can have her all next week...

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I need some extra ~ma, and I will explain this time. We finally got an offer on the house that was way LOW, so we have submitted a counter offer. They have until 5pm Saturday to respond. It is all still below the current asking price, but would get us out from under the mortgage. To say I'm a wreak waiting for a response would be putting it mildly.

Our wings are not tired.

Quick sale ~ma for you, Suzi.

My plans didn't work out. One of Brendon's girl type friends was in a 'Motown' show at her High School tonight. We showed up to watch her show only to find out that they don't sell tickets at the door. After the show he texted her with our disappointment, and she didn't know that we couldn't get tickets there either.

Also, I clearly fail as a parent. Neither of my boys knew what Motown was. At least Bobby thought it had to do with Detroit. Brendon had no clue at all. Where did I go wrong?
