free-floating bitch - one of the advertisers in our next issue seems to be incapable of producing a usable ad. They've sent us FIVE ... the last four with the same @#$#!!!! problem. We have to go to print next Wednesday; they've been working on this for five days now. I keep telling them what the problem is and they keep sending files with the same problem. argh.
