Thanks, guys. As I wrote, he's only acquaintance, a friend-of-friends, but it's just the freaking timing. You know, I just want some time off from bad news, especially ones involving cancer and my dearest and nearest, or Qassam rockets and IDF operations on Gaza Strip.
Of course, the thing that occupies my mind most these days is how I'm gonna deal with the mass of articles I have to read, summarize and report. Which makes me think I'm privileged with those thoughts (and with the opportunity I'm having to have them), but in a good way.
And Sean, thanks for the update.
All the peaceful and smooth transition~mas to S and her family, and I'm crossing my fingers for a good, not-rejectable liver.
You're all in my thoughts. I hope you can rest more now and take care of yourself.

Sean, thanks for the update on S. Been wanting to ask, but figured you'd post either way, and a daily report of "about the same" doesn't do anyone any good. Glad to hear she is home, and safe and sound. How are you holding up?
