Ben: I didn't ask for any of this. I just want to be normal. Gronx: I wanted to be an underwear model. We play the hand we're dealt.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Cash, yes, and thanks! Our printer isn't working, though, and we can't find the software to reinstall. But mask-making will definitely occur at some point soon, oh yes.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Goodness. Much and varied ~ma to all those who need it.

And Barb, the whole fishing the toys out of the trash part shows that you're a better person than I.

I'm off work today, and scheduled to help get out the vote later on. The umbrellas that seem to gravitate toward my car should come in handy, as we're expecting rain on and off all day. (I'm pretty sure my pens find a hidden pocket of space-time and combine into umbrellas, transformer style, when they reach critical mass.)

not your mom's socks.

{{Barb}}

We headed out to vote at 7, and were finished by 7:50. It was pretty cool. Much good-voting-experience~ma to everyone.

Our wings are not tired.

DH got to the polls at 6:45 and was out in about 40 minutes. They say 35% of the registered voters voted early so that should help.

We got to our polling place at about 6:55, and the line was around the block. It took about an hour for us to cast our ballots, and when we left the line was still around the block.

Our neighbor was one of the election judges, and he was saying that this polling place had about 1900 people registered to it, about 1400 democrats, 112 republicans and the rest independent.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

there was a line at my polling place (which happens like never) but it moved pretty quickly. We'd left 15 minutes earlier than usual and I was still able to get my regular morning train.
