I'm a vision of hotliness, and how weird is that? Mystical comas. You know, if you can stand the horror of a higher power hijacking your mind and body so that it can give birth to itself, I really recommend 'em.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Gorgeous corset and gorgeous meara!

I am oddly please with myself for managing to make three meals out of one this week. On Sunday we had sausage and pepper sandwiches, last night we the sausage and peppers on top of tortellini, and there was just enough of the sauce left to put in the freezer for pizza next week.

Go, sj! That's impressive!

So, chili sauce? What is it, and what part of the grocery store would it be in?

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Condiments, vw, with the ketchup and mustard. It's kind of a sweet/sour tomato-ey thing. The flavor can vary by brand.

Huh. That's where I thought too, and where I looked. Gonna have to try another grocery store me thinks.

“Not dead yet!”

For once, most people can hate me for our weather. It's currently 47, bright as all get out with the bluest sky ever. Just the perfect fall day.

(Sorry Jilli, the orb is out, but it is perfect velvet weather, so I hope GG is wearing hers!)

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Holy cow how cool is that?

Exceptionally cool. I love how on the video, there are captions that say, "Yes, we know it does not move very fast. Kind of not the point." (And yes, I was paraphrasing because I don't remember exactly what it said.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I ended up choosing A New Man, and going to bed in tears. I wish for the day when I'll be able to remember her with a smile, and not with tears to come already.

oh, honey, I feel so much for you. What helped (is helping, really) me was to do the tears AND smile. I've been telling stories where I was crying and laughing at the same time. I love to talk about my dad, and I stopped for a while because I didn't want to cry, but I decided that getting his memory out there was more important.

Now, I just need to find a good eyeliner that doesn't smudge. Someone (Juliana? Jilli?) recommended one. My prob is that I'm helpless with a brush, I want the kind with a firm applicator.

Urban Decay's 24/7 eyeliner does. not. budge. Even when you cry. I've been wearing it for a year (or 2), and it's really the best I've ever had. It's a pencil, not a brush-y type thing.

And trust me -- over the past week, I've re-tested its efficacy in situations that cause weeping.

As usual, Vortex is both wise and lickable.

I've just gone through another slew of adding people on Facebook who seem to be buffistae. As I've not bothered to confirm via my cell phone, it is a tedious process. And at this point, I can't remember who I've already tried to add. And I'm still fairly certain I can't see Meara's fabulous picture.
