I have a sleep study tonight, and I'm not allowed to nap. I'm not gonna make it till 9:30 p.m. And I need to sleep. Desperately. I've been sick for days now, and the anxiety hasn't been great either. Pushing myself to stay awake just feels cruel.
That sucks, vw. I hope it means you do get some sleep tonight. But with enough characteristic disturbances that it gives them the data they need for an accurate and helpful diagnosis.

I fell asleep on CBD's shoulder. And he convinced the very sleepy me to go lie down for a bit. I'm a bit more awake but still very sleepy. So, I think I'll be ok and still sleep tonight.
