I am gronkified. Had a long week and slept till 10:45 this morning. I'm waiting for my meds to kick in so I can get some coffee and breakfast. In the meantime, I did order new car insurance, cancel the old insurance, clean up the kitchen and play with the cat.

Now?? Coffee time.

Thanks all. I was terrified of the test...100 jumping jacks? Yikes! But once we got past the warm ups, the rest was fun. We have sparring class in about half an hour. I really should get moving.
