I hate how when you have a new short cut it takes a while to get into the groove of how to style it. When my hairstylist did it for me last night, it looked great (like the Posh one), but today it feels flat. And yes, I used lots of product (volumizing mousse on the roots and spray wax all over). I think I might grow to like it once I've figure it out.

isn't that always the way? I've got a great stylist now. I told her I like to wake up, run a comb through it and go and she actually listened to me. She'll do something fun for me to wear out of the salon but I know it'll always look good right out of the shower. And for $17 too! (or is it $19 now? still, totally cheap.) I feel like I've paid my dues with hairstylists from hell and been rewarded with the angel of hair.

I need this. My stylist spends ages with curling iron and round brush and hair dryer, when I need it to look good with blow-dry it and brush it. Period.
