I'm having a possible "step away from the shopping channel" moment and need some advice.
My house is sad and dreary. After living here for 10 years, the carpet is sad and the walls are cracked (old building shifting) and dreary.
I also want to start using my great room as a workshop venue but feel it is too...yes, I'll say it again, sad and dreary.
I've never painted a room and am nervous about doing so. But I've been giving it a lot of thought. Then, I got a spam email about a 'revolutionary new painting tool' that might just solve my problem.
Have anyone ever used the Point 'n Paint ?
Is it the scam I'm afraid it might be?
Oooh,
Recount!
Written by my Super Seekrit Boyfriend, Danny Strong!
bonny, I've painted rooms using rollers; I'm VERY slow at it and didn't like doing it. I've also used small foam paint applicators for small and tight spaces. That Point 'n Paint might be OK ... it looks like an oversized version of the foam applicators. A lot depends on how picky about the quality of the painting you're going to be.
Oh, it was good. And painful!
Morning, All.
I am, for the time being, caught up.
::waves weakly::
Hugs and ~ma to those who are in need.
And Hearty Congratulations to The Family Tea on the Impending Baby-fication!!!
Todd, I'm not super picky. I just want to freshen up the place and I'll get no help from my landlord at all. So the easier the better, I'd say.
Oddly, I proposed getting Em a fish for her birthday. She LOVES watching them at the grocery store and will stare at them for hours.
When our whole family went to Disneyworld back in 2000, my youngest nephew was three. We went to the Animal park and could not tear him away from the fish at the nature trek. That was probably his favorite thing on the whole trip, other than the merry-go-round.
I'm looking at you, Aims.
whistles innocently, while shooing animals behind back.
What? I got nothin'.
Ahem.
That explains the weird noises from the garage.
At least I
hope
it does.
Aims...you got some 'splainin' to do...
I want fainting goats!!
"Boo!" *thump* "BWAHAHAHAHA!! Boo!" *thump* "BWAHAHAHAHA!! Boo!..."
"Aims, cut it out."
Brenda, Lucy's always struck me as such a lovely and happy girl, and so obviously a great big love for you. I'll be wishing her an easy surgery and the best of all possible recoveries!
Oh Brenda, lots and lots of ~ma for Lucy and you!
