Illyria: Wesley's dead. I'm feeling grief for him. I can't seem to control it. I wish to do more violence. Spike: Well, wishes just happen to be horses today.

'Not Fade Away'

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

That guy is a ninnyshit.

Seconding that, and agreeing with Barb that "ninnyshit" is an awesome word.

Our wings are not tired

I think we should force DD to actually try to teach one of his class loads and schedules for a semester. He's a rectal flange.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Wasn't there a Carl Hiaasen book in which someone was tied to a satellite dish as a hurricane approaches? is hurricane season over?

Yes, sort of. In Stormy Weather there's a character who ties himself to bridges during hurricanes. There's also a part where someone is murdered and crucified on a satellite dish, as I recall.

'ninnyshit' is now one of my favorite words. It is made of awesomemess!

Your suggestions have truly warmed my soul. Now, can we put some of them into play? I'll work on the alabi. This is backwoods FL. People disappear into the woods or other areas and are never seen again.

ND, as usual, you truly know how to turn a phrase. DD is a rectal flange.

Vortex, it was the second I was thinking of.

And, what do you know - there is SOME justice in the world!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Is he getting typecast as a lawyer?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Well, given that 80% of everybody on tv is a cop or a lawyer, that's probably not a bad thing.
