sj, I'm so thrilled to hear that J is doing so well. I actually drove by the hospital after the game the other night and threw him a goodnight kiss. CBD thought I was weird :).

So, after all my struggles with Spanish, the honors department is considering waiving the intermediate language requirement for me and letting me graduate with honors with having just fulfilled the university's elementary language requirement fulfilled. I should know on Monday. I am hopeful, though I'm not putting all of my eggs in one basket. I am actually just so grateful that they are even considering this. The coordinator told me yesterday that I have pushed through so many of the honors requirements (including my thesis, etc.) that she hates to see me struggling so much with one of the "lesser" requirements. And after reading the letter from my psychopharmacologist, she really feels that my struggles with language learning are related to my disability, and they need to make accommodations...just like any other professor/department would have to. I love them for even considering this.

my roommate bought one of those Axe body scrub thingies. I didn't know what it was at first, I stepped in the shower and said, "what the hell's that?" then I had to try it. No beautiful girls appeared to scrub me down. sigh.

In meme news, I am futless. ND and I continue to work on completely opposite schedules, and I miss him. I feel like we barely know each other anymore. He was at work until 4am last night (this morning) trying to finish all kinds of loose ends for the Halloween mazes, and he's heading back in tonight for another epic session. I'm worried about him not taking care of himself. Also, I'm feeling lonely and whiny, which no one wants, so I'm going to go offline for a bit and try to get my shit together.

I am feeling incredibly aggravated about everything and I'm trying not to show it. UGH.
