bah, Tom got some crappy job related news. THANKFULLY, it wasn't about the job he tested for and would really like to have.
I feel like he feels like he's not qualified for a software engineer job, and that is gonna sink him as a job candidate, if he doesn't have faith in his own skills.
His technical skills were specifically dinged this last go around, but I think it's just his communication of the skills, not the skills themselves. But that's gonna be enough to send him into a tailspin. Sigh.
Ugh. I really hope this most recent one pans out quickly, before he has time to dwell on it too much.
