Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'll just cook the shit out of it. It's not like I was planning on making rare burgers or anything.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

"Cook the hell out of it" was going to be my advice, but then I had to go and cite a source.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

it has a limit of 1-2 days for ground meat in the fridge.

Ha. I'd be dead so many times over.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Meat left in the fridge longer than a day or so is a migraine trigger for me. It was weird learning that.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Ha. I'd be dead so many times over.

You and me both, Dana. Glad to know I'm not the only one pushing food safety limits.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

Feel better ~ma, Omnis!

Stephanie, FWIW, my family lived in Alexandria in the 80's while my Dad worked in the office of the Assistnant Secretary of the Navy. We got down to 1 car and Dad took the Metro to work daily. We lived in the Waynewood subdivision which was filled with families of all ages and good schools (Fairfax County Public Schools). We loved the area.

Thanks for the congrats, Laura!

Stephanie, you've got lots of people who can tell you about neighborhoods and ease of commute, so you should probably focus on what you need for Ellie and Frisco. We can help with the rest :)
