Nice acronym, Mom!

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Thanks Laga! You have to come and visit her. Oh and get those clothes if Meg wants them. I'm not sure when I can get down there with them, but we'll work that out if you can't come up.

I definitely want to visit but this week and next I'm going down to OC so I'm not sure when I'll be able to make it up. Last time there were very few things that fit Meg so if you want to go ahead and donate them I'm sure she won't mind.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

taking a break from the action of R&R & watching the storm pass us by (thankfully). I decided, "oh, since yesterday was payday, I'll take that direct deposit and pay down more of the visa". Log on. Huh? WTF. Apparently there was no direct deposit! Thankfully I picked up my, what I thought was, pay stub. Whew. Paycheck. So, imma gonna head to the ATM and deposit my pay now. FUN!

ND, I hope your mom is doing better!

Sean, whats the status on S? Progress I hope.

UTI~ma as well.

PixK, how is the puppy doing? Seamus adjusted yet or still giant furball?

Laga, going to OC to see the folks? If so, give a big HOWDY from me, will ya.

Looks like we might be heading to my sisters for Thanksgiving! My mom managed to get the week off! After much "oh I'll never be able to. it's first come first serve and I never ask in time" So I said ask now! And she finally did. Voila! Nobody had thought ahead to t-day yet! YIPEE!

The status is NOT quo.

Okay, sounds good. Have fun in OC!

Sean, I was glad to hear that S. is off the ventilator. I thought I'd said that awhile back, but now I'm not sure I did. Sometimes my brain and my mouth don't communicate so well. Okay, often.

Seamus is still a giant hairball. It's going to take some time, I think. Zoe is settling in. The real test will be once I'm back to work.

Yep, will do. I'm getting woken up early to head out to a bar to watch the Bears game.

Meg asked about you, too. I said you were happy in your new place, getting paid a living wage.

I don't know why this cracks me up so much.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Puffball kitty!

Puppycat just tore through the living room and pounced at something and I cringed thinking it was a (arachna-font) spider. It was not. It was a feather that Jilli left here as a cat toy. Now she's like a strobe kitty going after it.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

WHY does that pool have a 115 foot deep end!?!? The stat is even on their website. I'm thinking its a boo boo translation from meters. Because the deepest pool in the world is 108 ft and exists for various scientific and cinematic deepest pool purposes [link]

WHY does that pool have a 115 foot deep end!?!?

I think it's 115 feet long or wide. That picture doesn't look the right shade of blue to have a chunk of pool that deep.
