[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I didn't think about it until you mentioned it Trudy, but I'm really glad to bring news that good on your birthday.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Crossposting from Natter. Because I'm worth it.

So, it's my birthday today. (Yes, in Australia it's already today, whereas the US is still mired in yesterday. Try not to take it personally.) Allow me to sing the praises of Wallybee, who has gifted me with a scrapbook of our relationship. Includes the first email I ever sent her, photos from important dates in our life, three echidnas, and an entire page dedicated to penguins. I'm very touched.

I'm also getting Twilight Struggle, a board game devoted to the Cold War, but I think I like the scrapbook better.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Happy birthday, bt! I think the real most perfect birthday gift is your Wallybee.

By remarkable coincidence, so does she! Which reminds me, I should get to bed. Night all!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

So so so so happy.

Huh, I'd have thought that would be a board game where a perky goth and a mormon who writes sparkley virgin vampires have a throw-down.

By remarkable coincidence, so does she! Which reminds me, I should get to bed. Night all!

Don't go to SLEEP! Come play with US!!!!! Man what a drag, he's going to slee... um. No. Bet he's NOT going to sleep. Tee hee hee hee hee.

BWAH! Trudy, I like your version better. (Mine's over in Natter.)

for your entertainment, this moment in freelancing is brought to you by Laurel & Hardy:

I sent a freelance client a lightbox with 40+ images, including a set already selected for their site. ...

they sent back "approved"

me: "Which images have you selected, beyond the preselects?"

they: "the images."

...

me: "all 40+ @ $49/per?"

them: "15 images"

me: "Which images would those be, then?"

Aw heck, I went with both songs and said they could cut if they liked. And I skipped the "memorable concert experience" because I figured the synthpop concert at a now-destroyed goth club probably wouldn't mean much to anybody anyway!

Well if it was ManRay some of us might. Though I totally missed what this is you're doing.

It's an activity for the school yearbook. ManRay might not mean as much to them as it does to us!
