So I just got back from an emergency vet visit. Percy seemed better,and they was worse. he got fluids, they are doing a full blood panel. ...and they'll make another guess. Today I get to stay home and watch the cat. Who is hiding under the bed. Seriously, I just want a clear sign.

um. There is an app for the iPhone/iTouch called "SnatchTest". Apparently it has NOTHING to do with what the name conjures.

Percy ~ma headed his way. In Mooshu news, he's still not wanting to eat, but is continuing to drink and at least licked the remnants of my yogurt from the container this morning. It's a start.

I did some research and it looks like a 1:1 mixture of vinegar and distilled water is a good treatment-- another site recommended using Nizoral shampoo on the affected area. It's a shampoo that used to only be available by prescription, but now it's OTC and the key ingredient is the same as one of the antibiotics he's taking.

Amarna and I are sending kitty~ma to Percy! And Mooshu~ma to, well, Mooshu! Good to hear that they are coming out from under the bed/eating something, respectively.

Amarna was in fine form this morning, meowing at full blast while pacing all around the bed, refusing to settle down for pettting until I pulled out a book to read which she promptly laid on top of.
