Riley: Maybe I should just let you rest. Buffy: You sure? I bet if you just lay down with me- Riley: Nothing you are about to say will lead to rest.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

You should come play with the NCistas!

Yep. Our hurricanes are so cuddlesome that we name sports teams after them. Come to NC!

“Not dead yet!”

Does this magical haircut exist?

Shorter, obviously for you, but anything like this, maybe? (My "bangs" were halfway between nose and chin, so I could just catch them back in a high ponytail.)

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I was thinking of something like that. Are shags too dated?

You don't have a shag, Barb. I was just asking in general.

Most of the layered haircuts right now are some variation of that theme-- they're looser and not quite as structured as the Rachel cut, which is why I was able to get away with mine, because I'm abysmally lazy when it comes to dealing with my hair. That picture was just literally air-dried with a little product in it to play up the slight wave.

BWAH!

I do love NC a lot. It's a definite possibility. Alas, the Hub has told me we have to wait to run away until the kids are done with school.

We'll see.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Where is Aimee? It is Aimee I'm thinking of right? I think you and my friend from high school were made for each other in the West Wing sense.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

when I want my hair out of my face I use this stuff called "spiking glue" and it makes my hair stay wherever I put it.

in lunch news I'm having beefaroni because there's no can opener at work and it was the only thing we had in the cabinet with a pulltab.

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Vortex, Sean, S: My love to all of you, of course.

Sorry I haven't been around as much -- life got a bit hectic. Two job changes in the past year, and I'm working at a Silicon Valley startup which was six people when I joined. Yeah. And our first release date is in six weeks. Yeah.

All in all, life is OK, but I have way too little spare time these days.

Take good care of one another, my friends, and I'll be back as I can.
