I just got a call for TCG saying they would not be calling him back for a second interview on the job he applied for.
Aww, that sucks. But actually kinda awesome that they said so, these days don't most companies just not call you back ever, and let that be the "we're not giving you the job/having you in for another interview" signal? Sigh.

Yeah, we're dealing with that right now and it's very annoying, because we know (unofficially) that Tom didn't get the job, but had a good interview experience/rapport and has applied for several other positions in the same place and it would be nice to have a man on the inside to make sure his resume gets read, but... he can't even acknowledge he knows that he doesn't have the job!
