Can we maybe vote on the whole murdering people issue?

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

if I were hourly and had to take an extra day off I'd want to work extra hours so my paycheck wouldn't suffer. if I were salaried I'd want my federal holiday, dammit!

ha ha my roommate loves James Marsters. I tried so hard to get him to watch Torchwood but to no avail. I was in his netflix queue just now bumping The Next Avengers to the top because I knew he'd forget and I saw Torchwood season 2 in the saved section. Ha ha!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

That's what got my sister and BIL to watch Torchwood. BIL is a big Buffy/Angel fan and my sister has gotten into the show a bit while watching his dvds. She watched classic Who with me when we were in high school and after, but she's never gotten into new Who (although she did like "Blink" after I called and told them to watch it the night it was first broadcast--they're two hours behind me), and so missed the fun of Capt. Jack and Torchwood.

When they saw that Marsters was going to be on Torchwood 2.1, they decided to tune in and fell in love with the show, which they stuck with the rest of the season. In November, I'm bringing out my S1 tapes as well as my Doctor Who S1 and S3 tapes with Capt. Jack for them to catch up on. (I'm also bringing out my Spaced dvds. Since she's a big fan of Red Dwarf, I'm guessing she might like that show as well.)

I was really surprised I couldn't suck D into Dr Who with "Blink" but he said it moved too slow. I tried "The Girl in the Fireplace" too but to no avail. A little while ago the episode where Capt. Jack debuts was on TV and he sat down and watched most of it with me but he never made any comments as to how he liked it.

not your mom's socks.

yeah. This.

DH lurves Dr. Who. Torchwood is in his out box.

ETA - I am currently taking bets on who resigns first (prior attempts to resign do not count). Me, or my former minion, who is supposed to be replacing me.

Our wings are not tired

You'd think I'd be more excited about working on a world premiere musical.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

You'd think I'd be more excited about working on a world premiere musical.

Does that mean you could be visiting NYC in the future?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

You'd think I'd be more excited about working on a world premiere musical.

Eep. Found something to fill in that gaping 3-5 a.m. hole in your schedule?

Hopefully it'll be more pleasant than some of your recent jobs, or at least not take you so far from home.
