I took a look, mid-70s there. Shiny. Here 88 with bits of Gustav blowing in. Yuck. We even had the power pop off 3 or 4 times. Silly storm isn't even near us. CAT 4!!! I would be so outta here.

It's in the low 80s here, but humid as hell so it feels like the low 90s.

I am eating a scrumptious jerk chicken sandwich the manager of the BBQ place gave me for FREE just because I traded him 100 ones yesterday. And he gave me potato salad I didn't even ask for. And the macaroni salad has peas and carrots in it! I feel like I made out big time. I hope he wants to watch a free movie soon.

The odd thing is that it doesn't seem to have anything to do with actual digestion. All I can figure is that food equals pressure on internal organs equals irritating that part of my body again. I've taken my Motrin and am hopeful that will be enough. My goal is no Vicoden at all today.
