Friday morning vote for who is worse - Comcast or Verizon?

Comcast is giving a Wii to new subscribers, which is cooler than Verizon's offer of a TV. But I'm busy hating Cox.

I'm also busy doing nothing, when I have a ton of stuff to do. My boss had me come in to his office (which is in a different building...in fact, in a different city) for a meeting this morning to discuss whether or not I can telecommute. So I left the plumber at home and drove in, thinking I'd go to my office right after.

He's now pushed our meeting back twice, so I've been sitting here for an hour. At this rate I'll have to go home and pay the plumber before going to my office.

And his whole reason for not wanting me to telecommute is that he doesn't like me being away from my office.

Just caught up and now I have to go to the doctor for my diabetes update. (Get the tires kicked, check the fluids, etc)

I should mention that I had my six-months-late yearly review Wednesday.

I got an 8.5% raise.

Retroactive to my hiring date anniversary.

Feb 16.

I'm dragging myself out of the apartment now to get my comics and stop by the farmer's market. I'm hoping it will make me feel a little better to do something fun, and I need to find out why everyone is freaking out about the most recent Buffy.
