this seems to be an appropriate thread to bitch about my current body woe. for the past couple of weeks or so i've been having a lot of acid reflux. this week the bouts of nausea began to happen with the added bonus of acid reflux. then last night and earlier tonight i'm pretty sure i was running a low grade fever. i also somehow manage to be nauseated and hungry at the same time.
I thought maybe my hormones were still out of whack because i recently stopped taking the last week of BC pills, but i'm going on my fourth month now of doing that. so i suppose it's not the most valid excuse.
my dad webmd'd it for me tonight and his deduction was gall bladder. so if you can spare some "let it be something simple and non-surgical" ~ma, i'd appreciate it.
For her first day of school today, she wore a white skirt with a kind of flamenco cut, ruffles from the knee in front swooping down to ankle in back and a white empire cut blouse with angled lace sleeves that ended in a point, scattered with rhinestones. Her shoes? Black mary janes.
AAAAAAWWWWWWW! Tell her that her long-distance fairy gothmother approves muchly.
I heart Kara so much. Aidan is starting kindergarten?!? How is thar possible. Take pictures of them in their school outfits.
Oh! Pictures! And of course I look over to where the camera's supposed to be and it's gone.
Heh. I blamed the kids and Greg says he borrowed it. Should have known.
eta: I will definitely tell Kara you approve, Jilli. That will make her day. She prompted her teacher for a compliment, though of course her dad had to tell me that part. In her rendition it was completely unsolicited.
Aw, crud, tiggy. I got nothing but sympathy and ~ma for you, but I give it wholeheartedly.
Aidan is starting kindergarten?!? How is thar possible.
It isn't. No more than Matilda talking. Buffista parents have either cadged Borg maturation chambers, or they have gone a-time-travelling, coming back with surprisingly grown-up children where they used to have babies.
Also, Kara is wondermous.
Health-ma to you, tiggy. You're going to see a doctor soon, yes?
Kara, you are awesome. As is your family.
I just caught Kara sitting on the toilet reading a magazine. It's 11:00. Oy. Tomorrow morning is going to make her cranky.
And now that I've shooed her back to bed for the third time, I'm heading there myself.
G'night lovelies!
The kids growing thing is craxy. K-Bug is on day two of COLLEGE, living in the dorms, states away from me. A minute ago she was running into day care with her hands in her pockets and falling on her face.
Clubs could sell rocks and such for fund raisers.
I could go broke buying rocks.

Seriously.
I need to get to bed. I've stayed up watching the convention all week, and I could use some sleep. Yet, here I am. Online and watching MSNBC.

A child after my own heart. I used to read by the night light.
